Service Description

If you’re looking for a total body workout that will challenge your fitness and burn fat, this is the class for you. Timed periods that involve a combination of bodyweight and free weight exercises that will help boost your strength and endurance. This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness. You can expect Cardiovascular, Light Weights and Bodyweight Exercises, mixed with Tyres, Battle Ropes and other fun equipment for a fab, slightly more intense workout! Bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Although more intense than your average class, Bootcamps are for everyone and you will be encouraged to work hard and exercise within your own ability and fitness level. Do expect to sweat and have the occasional sore muscle but we have heaps of fun in the process !!!

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. If your class cancellation is made inside of 24 hours before the class is due to start, the full cost of the session may be charged. Class numbers are restricted due to covid-19 restrictions and this means in some cases a waiting list may be in force for some sessions. Notice in excess of 24 hours allows me the opportunity of re-selling your space.
