Classes

As a certified Group Exercise Instructor, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. Please have a look at the range of classes that are on offer, I am sure that you will find something to suit!

STRONG

Come along to this fabulous and fun 45 minute Strength session. Test yourself with a conditioning class with periods of strength work followed by short periods of rest. 

It will be hard work, you will sweat, you will feel amazing when you are done!

For all abilities and fitness levels and modifications are provided.
Please bring a mat or towel and some water. All other equipment will be provided.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp isn't just for the super fit, its for everyone!!

That's not to say you wont have to work hard, just to your own ability.

Join us on a Sunday morning, to Run, Lunge, Squat, Lift Weight, Battle Rope, KettleBell, Circuit, AMRAP and EMOM yourself to greatness. (Burpees may also apply !)

Most of all we have tonnes of fun.

Dog Agility Handler Conditioning

Train with others in a group environment, just for Dog Agility Handlers.

Do you want to make sure you aren't the weak link in your agility duo? Have you gotten to the point where your fitness is holding you back from moving up the grades? 

​

For all grades, abilities and fitness levels this weekly class will help you to become stronger and get out in front of your dog.

​

Every week we will be working on general strength  and cardiovascular fitness and also fine-tuning a footwork, speed or turn skill.

​

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their training and ring fitness!!

Strong Seniors

Come and train with a lovely group on a Wednesday afternoon!

​

Perfect for our senior members from 65+, those returning to exercise after an illness or injury and those that have reduced mobility and wish to improve it.

​

The class has both seated and standing elements and all exercises can be done seated if you wish. Take the class at your pace while we work through a full body session.

​

Every class will be completely different and tailored to your own fitness level, experience and ability.

​

We are a really fun group, serious about getting stronger and having fun whilst we do it!!
