Personal Training

I view a personal training relationship as exactly that, a relationship. I believe very much in working together with my clients towards their goals in a cohesive manner.

 

My role is to create a fitness plan for you that is both fun and effective, based upon what you would like to achieve. Also to motivate, guide and instruct you helping you exercise safely and effectively and also give you the confidence to exercise on your own in a gym or home setting.

Contact me to organise your free consultation. This session is perfect for a first meeting, so that you can find out more about me, but more importantly, I can find out about you, your habits, current activity levels, likes and dislikes and your goals.

Following that session, I will prepare a program for you, this can include your one to one sessions with me but also a plan for things to work on in-between our training.

​

As a freelance instructor, I can travel to your home or you can visit me at home in my newly built garden training area. Specialising in functional fitness your session will include the use of free weights and body weight exercises for resistance work, and could include cardio elements using a rower, upright bike (if at my home) or we might get our feet moving outdoors in the local area or park. Keeping things fresh and exciting is a big part or helping you to stay motivated to train and reach those goals!
