Fitness for the Sport Dog Handler is designed to give you all of the tools you need to get out in front of your dog and turn you into an incredible team!

My courses, classes and personal training are perfect for those competing in both Agility and Flyball as we work on:

Dog sports place an incredible amount of physical demand on our bodies and whilst we all spend a considerable amount of time perfecting our dogs through training, time should also be devoted to looking after ourselves too!

My handler courses have all been designed to suit all abilities and fitness levels and of course, to help you also to make it part of your lifestyle. From just 30 minutes per day, I have a solution to suit all schedules and performance needs.

Agility Handler Personal Training 1:2:1

Train with me at home in either my indoor or outdoor dedicated facility.

Learn about health and fitness and your body while we work through your individualised programme.

Working on all of the elements necessary to help you improve your athletic performance in the ring including strength and conditioning, improving power, speed, core stabilisation, deceleration, changes of direction, plyometric training and nutritional advice.

Handler Conditioning Classes

Every Wednesday at 11am.

This fun session is for handlers at all grades, fitness levels and abilities. Helping you to become wore agile for the ring, for your dog and for you.

​

Improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, speed, footwork and turns. Come and work with a lovely group of individuals, all working towards their own fitness goals.

Home / Gym Workout Programme

It couldn't be easier to train at home of at the gym!

​

This 12 week individually tailored programme will allow you to train in the comfort of your own home or gym and give you the confidence to take charge of your own training. Encorporate equipment that you have at home, or let me design you a programme for bodyweight exercises only.

​

The plan will include not only the tailored programme but also a video to show how to perform each of the exercises. A brilliant way to allow me to guide you through your training and give you the confidence to do it on your own.
