With my four week training plan and small spend on equipment, get yourself up and running from the comfort of your own home.
Equipment Needed: Dumbells, 1 x Short Resistance Band, 1 x Long Resistance Band
Once you have purchased and downloaded the plan, I will be in contact to discuss any changes you may need to make sure this program suits you and your individual needs. I will then send you a video demonstrating all of the exercises so that you will know exactly what they should all look like!

4 Week - Home Strength Workout Plan
You should always consult your GP or medical professional before commencing this or any other fitness programme to ensure that it is right for your needs.
This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have every experienced chest pain when exercising or experienced chest pain in the past 4 weeks when not engaged in physical activity. If you smoke, have high colesterol, are obese or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity.
Do not start this fitness program if your medical professional or GP has advised against it.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.
